I hope everyone is having a magical holiday season thus far.
I wanted to give the group a final update for the 2022 year. I haven't updated the group since the beginning of Autumn but I have been busy behind the scenes every day since then.
-At this time I only have a few orders left that need corrections along with a handful of refunds I need to submit for anyone who is left waiting and I will officially be done with everything that has been pending. Anything that we could not resolve (unable to locate customer via FB and no response via email) for refunds has been added to a doc for future reference if we are able to locate them or they reach out in the future. We will have ourselves and our customers covered.
-My husband helped me complete all remaining inventory we have on hand from cancellations, inventory is currently restocked on the website and ready to go for one final reopening today to end the year. Any last few orders that are still pending that we are currently finishing up packing this weekend have been set aside and are not included in the in-stock inventory. We even found some previously sold-out HTF prints such as the Pizza Planet custom! (There is only one available though so someone will definitely get lucky to score it!)
- The website is now currently back open with our final restock, we will have it open for the rest of the year and then we will announce a closing date. Any diapers that are left over will be donated and will never be available again. I will be posting a google doc to the group today for anyone out there who is struggling this holiday season and are in need of cloth diapers. Just simply fill out the google doc questionnaire and we will be in touch. I hope to be able to help out some parents in need so please help spread the word that I will be doing this as well.
- I hope to reopen Farmhouse with a fresh start possibly this upcoming spring. We have had a rough 2021-2022 and I wanted to get everything resolved for our customers, take a much-needed break to heal physically and mentally, and come back better for everyone. I have learned a lot these past few years, especially from any mistakes I made, and hard struggles with my health and running a small business ~ I will make sure that when we reopen things will be different, and better for my customers and me. I appreciate everyone who has supported us from 2019 till now and into a better future for the company. The group will remain open, and the website will be locked after the new year until we reopen come spring. Our business page will remain open and I will be checking messages daily as I always do.
