Group Updates: December 8th, 2020.

Health update: I want to first off thank everyone who has been kind and understanding during this time regarding my health. I started to feel fatigue last Sunday/Monday the 29th/30th of November and it gradually increased over the next several days among many other symptoms. I was tested for Covid-19 on December 4th to rule it out and came back negative but was positive for the Flu. I was provided medication to help and get rid of the high fever and other symptoms I had for several days and have since been getting as must rest as possible over the past several days before returning back to work. As of today, Tuesday December 8th, I am starting to feel more myself and most of my symptoms have since subsided. I am still feeling a bit tired today so I will be using today as my final rest day. I hope to be able to return back to work tomorrow-Wednesday December 8th. I will continue to wear my gloves and mask while packing all orders along with hand sanitizer before I enter my office everyday and handle the products.
I loved reading everyone's kind words, thoughts and prayers over the past week, it meant so much and I appreciate each and everyone of you.
Before I took sick leave, I still had packages from thanksgiving week and the beginning of last week waiting to be shipped. If you received tracking throughout the last two weeks that has not updated, it is more than likely in my current outgoing tubs waiting for pick up starting tomorrow. They should be updating for those of you over the next couple of days. If you are unsure if you are included in those please feel free to reach out to our business page
Starting tomorrow, we will be finalizing the last of the round 4/5 replacements and those who were just waiting on inserts and June MK Pre-order. Also, any of those who requested any refunds will also be starting to be submitted back to you today and tomorrow. Inventory and shipping will begin on July as well.
Holiday shipping delays: Please remember that we are currently in the holiday shipping season, the shipping companies (USPS/UPS) will be overloaded throughout the next few weeks due to Christmas. Packages may take longer to be scanned into their systems, and longer to arrive.
If you receive a tracking number from our website please allow up to 72 hours for it to be scanned in, allow an additional couple days just in case for it to get through transit and arrive to you as well. Once your order ships, any delays with the postal service is out of our hands.
We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during this busy holiday season but we are happy to help our customers in anyway we can if tracking does not update or move within the UPS/USPS system-- feel free to reach out anytime!
FHF Customs round 6: Is officially in route! It was finally able to catch a plane and is working its way through customs overseas. I am watching the tracking number and will update the group once it hits stateside and its ETA to arrive to me.
MK June Preorder: I will be finalizing the last of pending orders that I did not get to finish before I took sick leave tomorrow. I will make my final announcement once completed.
MK July Preorder: Inventory will be starting and will be starting to ship out next week.
REMINDER: Anyone who ordered Holiday/New years prints in July is priority, and will automatically be moved to the front of the line for packing to arrive in time for said holidays.
MK August/September/October November: August is in route and should be arriving soon. September, October are currently in route. November is still undergoing the manufacturing process.
In stock orders/Black Friday sale: Any current pending in stock and sale orders over the last few weeks will all be starting to be packed and shipped. All holiday diapers ordered will arrive before the holiday.
Save our children preorder: Due to us not receiving this preorder by the ETA, and do not want to have my customers wait any longer. Full refunds will be given to all those who ordered. Once your order is refunded in line, we will send you a message letting you know.
Insert pre-orders: Packing will resume for insert pre-orders starting again tomorrow. We have a batch currently and our next one is already in route so once the next batch arrives all pending insert orders will be fulfilled through current day.
Any past orders: As always, if you have not received a past pre-order or in stock order with us, please message our business page
with your order information and we will look into it for you.
If you have received a response and are just waiting for tracking-you are on our list and should be receiving tracking as soon as possible, we will message you back with your tracking number. If you have received tracking but it has not updated, please feel free to reach out as well and we will help in anyway we can.

FHF Customs round #7: We will be opening our next pre-order today.
We have made some changes when it comes to our pre-order process with our customs. We will only be running 6 prints per round going forward so it will always be small pre-orders instead of the 20+ we have had in the past. Making this change, the manufacturing process will be quicker so our customers can receive their diapers quicker and we can open pre-orders more often. It will also be less work for me each time as it will be less diapers to pack, so they will get out the door quicker.
